Careers in Film Production: Mauritius & the Indian Ocean
Mauritius has become a leading destination for international film and television production. Feature films, TV series, commercials, and documentaries shoot across the island and the wider Indian Ocean region year-round, supported by competitive film rebates of up to 40% on qualifying production expenditure, diverse tropical locations, and a growing pool of experienced local crew.
As production activity continues to grow, so does the demand for skilled professionals who understand the pace and standards of international filmmaking.
