Identical Media Ltd (“Identical Media”, “we”, “us”) is a film service production company based at Film Studio Building, M2 Motorway, 31302 The Vale, Grand Baie, Rivière du Rempart, Republic of Mauritius.
This page explains what personal information we collect when you use identicalpictures.com or contact us, and how we use it. It applies to our Mauritius site only.
What we collect
When you send a production enquiry or contact form, we collect the details you type in: name, email address, phone number if you give one, reason for enquiry, what you are shooting (if you choose Production Request), and your message.
Our hosting and security tools may also log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and to block spam.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you about a production, equipment hire, or other request. A producer aims to come back to you within one business day. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Who sees it
Enquiry emails are handled by Identical Media producers in Mauritius. Our website is hosted with SiteGround; form and hosting providers process data only to deliver the site and the form. MediaVision Ltd may see equipment-hire enquiries where that is what you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records as long as needed to run the job or answer a follow-up, then in the ordinary course of our production files. You can ask us to delete or correct your details at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain use. EU and UK visitors may also have rights under GDPR. To use those rights, email us.
Cookies
The site may use essential cookies so pages and forms work, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
